Sam Tarnower was a reserve guard on the Syracuse basketball team for his senior season. He would play in three games, and scored two points in a lopsided win over Hobart.
Tarnower would graduate from Syracuse University in 1929, and from New York Medical School in 1933. Dr. Samuel Tarnower would pass away in June, 1990.
