Eddie Gooding was reserve forward at Syracuse for one season. He was a tall and lean player with a nice shooting touch.
Gooding would play one semester of basketball at Syracuse playing three games. He was unhappy with his playing time and left school after the December break his freshman season. He would transfer to Iona.
